We are a long established Firm of Solicitors with offices in Elgin, Forres and Grantown-on-Spey offering a wide range of advice on various legal services. The firm goes back to the late 19th century and was known then as Cockburn, Hamilton and Young. Mr Cockburn was the Town Clerk of Elgin and ran the town from our Elgin Office. Changed days indeed! Over the years the firm has grown from strength to strength and we are known for our friendly personal approach with an emphasis on good customer services rather than glitz and glamour. We have had a presence in Forres for 23 years and over 60 years in Grantown-on-Spey. At present the firm has 2 Partners, 2 additional Solicitors and a range of Paralegals, an Estate Agency Manager and an administrative and secretarial team providing the necessary backup for the services provided.
