Our Estate Agency Manager Heather Patterson has over 11 years experience with us and she will happily guide you through the process including the arranging of a Home Report and providing an estimate of selling fees and likely outlays.

Buying through us

After you see a property you like it is important to contact us immediately to note interest with the selling agent on your behalf. We will then advise you on all aspects of the procedure including the submission of an offer and, if successful, the subsequent conveyancing procedure to deal with the transfer of the property into your name, payment of any Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and the handing over of keys.
